In the 4th release of a Grande Reserva we used 50% Touriga Nacional, 25% Tinta Roriz and 25% Touriga Franca. The grapes were hand-picked between the 17th and 27th September and fermentation in stainless steel followed at a controlled temperature between 26 and 28ºC.

The wine was then aged for 14 months in new french oak barriques where it attained dark cherry and red plum aromas and flavors. The long, intense and exciting final has a lot of dark chocolate and some toasted notes.

A must drink wine!
