This is a dry Rose produced from a blend of the premium grape varieties found in the Douro Valley: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca e Tinta Barroca.
It has a delicate pink colour which is obtained by a short maceration on the skins. Modern winemaking retains aromas of young red fruits with lovely floral notes. It is deliciously crisp and refreshing and is best served chilled as an appetiser or with white meat dishes, fish and shellfish.
